In other news, Museveni’s Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Hajji Imran Muluga deployed to Namisindwa district is at the centre of discussion over what many have described as indecent and compromising when he nearly undressed in front of a crowd of students.

The RDC is also seen summersaulting bare footed as his teachers and students excitedly cheer on. We are yet to establish what made him to display his skills to the students and teachers.
In an email seen by this website reportedly from the office of the presidency, all RDCs are informed about the behavior of their colleague and how it tantamount with the title he holds in society.
