Several artists and celebrities have joined the storm to demand for the release of presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi wine who was arrested yesterday in Luuka as he tried to access the venue of his campaign rally under the command of Frank Mwesigwa.
Upon his arrest and detention at Nalufenya torture chambers, riots and protests broke out in the city and other major towns in the country like Mbale, Busia, Jinja, Masaka, Hoima, Iganga among others, during the protests several were injured and killed as police and army battled to restore calmness.
