Latest information reaching our desk indicate that the Residential District Commissioner of Kitgum district in Northern Uganda has allegedly blocked presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu from accessing the district where he was set to campaign from.
Yesterday Bobi wine was in the three district of Pakwach, Nebbi and Arua where he was received with hospitality and his next area according to his campaign program was Kitgum and Gulu but seems that has hit a hard end as the RDC says he’s unwelcome in his district.

We are still compiling the facts to this story and waiting for the reason why the RDC is blocking the presidential candidate under unclear circumstances, the Electoral Commission and police are yet to out a statement on the same and we shall keep you updated.
