Museveni’s Congratulatory Message To Biden Backfires as Angry Netizens Tell Him to Retire

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni also known as Tibuhaburwa came to power in 1986 and is seeking to extend his rule to 40 years. The son of Kaguta came to power when Ronald Reagan in the US was two years away to complete his second term as president.

Since then, president Museveni at the helm of the country’s top seat has seen almost 5 US presidents come and go and he has congratulated all of them upon their success upon being elected to the world’s super power presidency.

Museveni saw Ronald Reagan go, George Bush senior, Bill Clinton, George W Bush junior, Barack Obama and latest Donald Trump. They have all come and go as the man from Rwakitura is not bothered of retiring.

Now after Joe Biden and runningmate Harris Kamara were declared winner of the 2020 US elections, Museveni joined the rest of the world leaders to quickly congratulate him but his message didn’t go well with several of his followers who reminded him that he should go retire and wait to see a new Uganda with another president.
