As police and army are mounting security and road blocks at Bobi Wine’s home in Magere, the people power boss is already in town heading to Busabala.
He still insists he’s heading to Busabala where he’s to set a concert dubbed “Osobola ku independece”,
Police in a statement said there’s no enough man power to guard Bobi wine’s concert but according to Bobi wine his home was surrounded by men in uniform as early as 5am to block him from leaving his home.
The last time police put Bobi wine under house arrest was in April this year after arresting him from Busabala but the legislator still beat all the security details around his home and escaped to Bugiri and police later withdrew all the mambas that had been placed to stop the Ghetto gradiator.
