Happening Now: Besigye Launches New Strategy To End Museveni’s Reign Of Terror

Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) four time presidential candidate has today unveiled a new strategy to end Museveni’s 33 years rule which he’s intending to extend to 40 years untill 2021.

While addressing the media at his office located along Katonga road, the four time presidential candidate addressed on a number of issues not limited to the on-going turmoil and unrest at Makerere University where students are protesting against the 15% tuition increment, Besigye also hinted on the new plan by police to curb criminality which he says is the same script and won’t change anything.

The God father of the people’s government who has on several occasions said elections can’t out Museveni unveiled a new campaign dubbed “Article Three Campaign Twerwaneko” which according to him will end Museveni’s reign regime terribly.

The campaign has been derived from article three of the constitution of the republic of Uganda which states that “It is prohibited for any person or group of persons to take or retain control of the Government of Uganda, except in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution”

This is not the first time Besigye is launching campaigns aimed at ending Museveni’s regime, early last year he launched a strategy named Tsunami 2019 where he assured Ugandans that Museveni will go before 2019 ends, seems this hasn’t worked because we are two months away to end the year.

Several others include walk to work, defiance, tubalemesse, kojikwatako, kojiuteko among others that have all proved un-worthy challenge Museveni.

This comes at a time when the four time presidential is more than ready to appear on the ballot paper in 2021 despite is normal claims that ballot papers can’t end Museveni’s rule.
