Every day that passes as we approach 2021 general elections, the political Pressure group headed by Kyadondo East Legislator and Musician Bobi Wine suffers at least a set back.
From the electoral reforms to blocking their rallies and concerts, seems the trouble is not yet over as it’s believed Museveni’s government is doing all it can do to block Bobi wine from vying for the biggest job in the land in 2021.
The UPDF reserved force commander Gen. Charles Otema has warned people power crusaders over wearing Red berets which according to him are part of the army uniform
“Any body found in your area with a red top, report to the police because is wearing a wrong cap which does not belong to him that belongs to UPDF”-Gen Otema sounded the warning
We can not verify whether there is any law that prohibits any Ugandan to wear what or what because even legislators put them on while in parliament but it sounds to be just an intimidation to the fast rising pressure group.
You say you couldn’t verify… that’s called laziness a simple reading of our constitution would tell you the pompous general has no basis for his statement
