Buganda kingdom has joined the rest of the world to mourn the fallen Omollo county member of parliament and also speaker of the 11th parliament Jacob Loko’ri Oulanyah who rested on 20th March 2022.
His death was confirmed by his boss and also president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. The speaker had been ill and was airlifted to the US in Seattle for specialized medication on recommendation by his Doctors at Mulago and Nakasero hospitals.
In a press release from the office of the Katikiri Charles Peter Mayiga seen by this website, they have describe the fallen speaker as an accomplished lawyer, a skilled and often humorous debater as well as a consummate politician and legislator.
