Hajji Yunus Kakande the Permanent Secretary to the Presidency last week fired Luuka District Deputy RDC Waiswa Paul Bweni Bwa Mwiiko after he was seen in a video that went viral assaulting a young man reportedly for refusing to wash his car at the washing bay.

The incident happened at the weekend at a washing bay located in Kiyunga Town Council, Luuka district where the flamboyant Deputy presidential representative lost his temper the car-wash man, beating him severally as he issued threats of how he can order for the young man’s arrest.

On Tuesday, in a letter signed Yunus Kakande, the secretary office of the president, Waiswa was ordered to handle over office and government vehicle and other property except his employment identity card.

In view of the above (complaints of physical assault from Kisige), I hereby suspend you from duty as Deputy Resident District Commissioner Luuka with immediate effect,”-reads part of the letter.

“You should also prepare a written defense in regard to the allegations as contained in Mr Kisige’s written complaint availed to you. You should therefore show cause why your case should be forwarded to Reward and Sanction Committee of the office of the president for further disciplinary action against you,”-Kakande’s letter furth reads.

Now after being fired from the juicy RDC job, Waiswa vanished away from the house he has been renting in Kirangira zone in Kiyunga town council. He ran away  in the night with several months of unpaid rent and the landlord has been demanding him but escaped late in the night.

The landlord identified as Nyiro Stanley revealed that the fired RDC not only escaped with his rent cash but also vanished with his household items including stools, four plates, two tables, three chairs, jerrycans and cups. The Land lord is now calling upon President Museveni to pay his cash and the items that the fired RDC stole.

“The LC1 is my witness, I had decided he knocks me as he was escaping and the LC1 told me not to fight because i didn’t want him to go with my money but now what i want the offices who pay him to deduct my money over one million from his salary”-said the angry Landlord Mzee Nyiro Stanley.
