President Museveni has in recent years made his call for science subjects very serious and he’s always bitter with those who offer arts and humanities claiming such subjects are not that importation in his bid to develop Uganda.
To show that he’s very serious on the issue, he raised the salary of science teachers to a whooping Shs4million as their arts counterparts go with a take home of not more than Shs600,000.

All their efforts through their different umbrellas to convince the president to raise their pay has fell on deaf ears as he even one time told them to give him time to think about their issue.
Now in a video that’s currently making rounds on social media, a young man who got a chance to speak to president Museveni at a certain event was requesting for a scholarship from president Museveni.
Having grown from a poor background, the young man wanted the president to support his university education, unfortunately the president recommended he joins the army after learning that he studied arts not sciences.
