Reports now suggest that the FDC strong woman and the voice of Dokolo succumbed to cancer in an Indian hospital where she had gone to seek medication. Sources further reveal that she has battling the disease for quite some time.
Many Ugandans have succumbed to cancer in the past year but notably of these are former Office of the Prime Minister’s Permanent Secretary Keith Muhakanizi who succumbed to cancer in a hospital in Milan, Italy at the age of 64 years on April 17th 2023. The other notable figure who succumbed to cancer in the last one year is Justice Keneth Kakuru who died from the Aga Khan hospital in Nairobi, Kenya on Marth 7th 2023.
