Sad news coming to our desk indicate that Dokolo Women Member of parliament Cecilia Barbara Atim Ogwal is dead. Reports suggest she has died from India where she had gone to seek medication.
According to our trusted sources, Ogwal succumbed to Cancer which she has been battling for quite some time. The FDC strong woman has represented Dokolo district in parliament since 1996 and has died at the age of 77 years.
