As the FDC party woes continue taking new twists, new details have emerged from the party headquarters where secretary Nandala Mafabi and party president Patrick Oboi Amuriat addressed the media on several issues. These countered Besigye, Lukwago and party spokesperson Ibrahim Ssemuju Nganda for questioning them about the source of the money they brought into the party.
These vowed that come rain, come shine, they will never reveal the source of the controversial Shs7billions which is splitting the party into tatters with fault lines already visible and an eminent break way like it was the case for Mugisha Muntu who contended that time will tell who the real moles are in FDC.
Founding party president and four time presidential candidate Dr Kiiza Besigye also addressed the media from his Katonga office where he also gave answers to several queries. Besigye says he decided to step back from the party activities in order not to influence the running of the party which now have Nandala Mafabi as Secretary General and Patrick Oboi Amuriat as party president.

After yesterday’s busy day of activities at Najjanankumbi and Katonga, it has emerged that even the party chairman Ambassodor Wasswa Birigwa has been locked out of the FDC headquarters where he was also set to address the media on key issues he thinks the two press conferences never addressed.
UPDATE: FDC party Chairman Wasswa Birigwa has been denied access to the party headquarters in Najjankumbi where he was scheduled to address the media.

It’s said that Najjanankumbi FDC party headquarters in now under tight security guarded by Kanyamas.
However, it’s reported that the party chairman was later allowed inside the party headquarters though it remains a state of confusion with journalists still stranded.
