It’s a terrible morning for Ugandans especially the community in Kasese district after terrorists suspected to be Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) raided a school in Kasese last night killing several, many abducted and scores injured. The rebels also looted a food store at the school.
According to Police, Lhubirira secondary school a privately owned school in Mpondwe about 2 kilometres away from the Congo boarder was raided in the late hours of the night. The terrorists burnt a hostel at school killing 25 students and 8 others critically injured.

A cloud of sorrow hovers above Lhubirira Secondary School as Police has transferred conveyed the dead to Bwera Hospital mortuary as those injured are also undergoing treatment at the same facility.
Police in the statement says, a hot pursuit to rescue those abducted and against the rebels is being done by UPDF and the police towards the Virunga National Park inside the Democratic Republic of Congo.
