The fight is between her husband Idule Amako and the relatives of the deceased justice who insist the late lady Justice made a declaration that she should be buried next to her father in Nebbi district.
The fight has now taken another twist as the relatives have petitioned the high court to make an order on where the remains of the fallen jury should be buried.
In a Notice of motion from the Kampala high court seen by this publication, children of the late justice who include Annete Yossa, Amony Jackie and Komakech Emmanuel pray that court orders the remains of their mother be buried Juba village, Jakia Hill ward, Nebbi Municipality in Nebbi district.
This is against their father’s wish of having his wife buried in Adjumani district as earlier indicated in announcements by the judiciary.
Court will now give the final word of the resting place for Lady Justice Stella Arach-Amako
