News making rounds this evening indicate that another top Museveni minister has been arrested by police cops as the contentious Mabaati scandal starts to bite.
Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) indicated that more ministers besides Mary Goreti Kitutu who was arrested last week and remanded to Luzira prisons would be arrested and arraigned before court.
The minister who has fallen in the mabaati trap is Hon Amos Lugolobi the Member of parliament for Ntenjeru county and also the junior minister planning in the ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development headed by Matia Kasaija who is also a beneficially of the trouble some iron sheets.

Reports indicated that Amos Lugolobi received the iron sheets and used them to roof his goats/ cow house at his farm in located in Misanga village, Misanga parish, Bbale sub county in Kayunga district but due to panicky as the scandal gained momentum, he deroofed the house and replaced with the other iron sheets.
Amos Lugolobi is currently being held at Kira police station.
His arrest comes at a time when Museveni ordered that those who took the iron sheets return them or pay money equivalent to the mabaati they took.
The Minister for Karamoja affairs was arrested last week, arraigned before court, remanded to Luzira prison and had two bail applications rejected. She was granted a Shs10m cash bail and her sureties bonded Shs200m. Her brother Micheal Naboya who was also arrested was also granted a Shs3m cash bail.
BREAKING: The Minister of State for Planning @AmosLugoloobi has been arrested. He is currently detained at Kira Division Police Station.
