Sad news making rounds indicate that a top Museveni Residential District Commissioner (RDC) for Kitagwenda district is dead.
The deceased is Joseph Sekasamba who has been the deputy RDC for Kitagwenda district in western Uganda.

According to the Minister for president Milly Babalanda, the deceased has been bedridden for quite some time fighting for his life on the sick bed until today when he breathed his last.

Sekasamba becomes the third Museveni RDC to die this term after Nsereko Mutumba who was RDC for Kayunga and Suleiman Balasa Ogajjo who was RDC for Namayingo, both died last year on 3rd August and 17th August 2022.
