Firebrand politician and four-time presidential candidate Dr. Kiiza Besigye has taken a swipe at Museveni’s Minister of ICT and national guidance Dr. Chris Baryomunsi over communicating Cabinet minutes with errored dates of 14th March 3033.
In the document making rounds on social media, Cabinet chaired by President Museveni sitting at Entebbe resolved that government of Uganda shall construct industrial parks in each of the geographical Zones in Uganda and shall provide all the required amenities like roads, water and sewerage, internet, electricity and others.
The document further indicates that it was directed that no more administrative units should be created between now and the end of this term in 2025/2026.
According to the said document, it was also noted that Ministry of Education is carrying out a study on whether Ugandan parents are willing and able to pay fees in UPE and USE schools and the findings of the study shall inform government’s decision on whether to allow further payment of fees or not.
The Minister of ICT Dr. Chris Baryomunsi is yet to punch in his reply to the FDC kingpin.
