The swearing in of the MP elect of Kawempe North, Muhammad Sseggirinya hangs in balance following his critical health condition.
The elected MP was meant to be sworn in today, 18th May but the current medical team attending to his health advised him to forego the ceremony for the good of his health.
According to the doctors, Ssegirinya is meant to undergo the treatment for 8 years or have a liver transplant.
This implies that the MP will be sworn in during one of the plenaries in case he recovers well.
