A government of Uganda minister, who is a proud polygamist, has taken his appetite for women to another level. The minister who is in his early 50s, was on Wednesday night smoked out at Serena hotel Kampala sleeping with a 20-year-old girl who happens to be the young sister to one of his wives.
A group of religious leaders had previously confronted him about this cheating weeks ago and the minister denied everything saying that his wife was being insecure for no good reason. When they learnt about his being at Serena on Wednesday night, family members from the wife’s side rang a few people on his side and a team of five relatives stormed Serena hotel and went straight to the room were the two were entertaining themselves from.
The minister tried to ‘dry’ himself by claiming that the young girl, whose name starts with H and she is a student at one of the Universities in Kampala, had abruptly contacted him asking for upkeep pocket money. His story wasn’t believed by the relatives who made it clear that they had now given up with the minister who also has four young girls who live in one of the major towns along Masaka-Mbarara high way. He was confronted about all this cheating by the wife’s relatives and the minister said that was just propaganda by his political enemies. He is renting for the four girls houses in that town.
Family members have confirmed that at Serena hotel, the government is the one which pays for the minister who also regularly spends nights with girls at Skyz hotel Naguru also. Some of the people who had been helping to reconcile him with one of his wives gave up when they saw photos of the dramatic scenes at Serena hotel where the minister was smoked out on Wednesday night. Before retiring to bed, the minister, who has grown up children at campus, had been in Serena sauna with that 20-year-old girl who is supposed to be his sister-in-law.
At the ministry where the minister was recently transferred having been moved from another ministry, still as state minister, there is pressure on the permanent secretary to investigate claims that the minister is using the hotel facilities paid for by the taxpayers to indulge himself instead of holding and facilitating meetings relating to government work.
The minister has been on the President’s watch list through intelligence after the big man got reports that he was recently involved in a bar fight when he stormed the bar with his bodyguards to attack one of the men who was out drinking with one of his mistresses who happens to be a music celebrity. There is growing pressure on the president to politically punish this young minister because his social life and habits have become a source of disgrace for the whole government.
During the NRM retreat in Kyankwanzi a beautiful female MP from Bugisu area in her first term approached the president. She reported to him that the same minister was demanding to sleep with her during the induction retreat. She reported to the big man that the minister told her he knows many big people in CEC who he can use to influence things for her to get juicy assignments from the NRM national chairman.
The president gave this tip to his undercover intelligence operatives at Kyankwanzi to verify and find out if this is true. In the process, the intelligence gurus discovered that the same minister had been demanding to sleep with many other first term MPs while making similar CEC-related promises to them. There are fears that the intel info about the Wednesday fracas was also picked by Mzee’s intel gatherers since they are always very much concentrated at Serena hotel.
Concerned friends now say that the youthful minister, now in his 3rd term in parliament, is going to end up with big sex scandals because he doesn’t listen to advice. He hates whoever advises him to change his character and social life-thinking that such fellow ministers are envious of him because they too are interested in sleeping with same women.
