Outspoken political analyst and commentator Joseph Tamale Mirundi has died after a long battle of sickness at Kisubi hospital where was rushed few weeks ago and had been placed in the facility’s Intensive Care Unit few days ago.
The veteran journalist who was also once Museveni’s press secretary for 12 years died aged 60 years. He has been a pro and a go to person in dissecting controversial political situations hosted on different media stations both mainstream and social media.
He has been in and out of hospital and in 2019, he revealed that he had been poisoned but it’s unclear whether at the time of his death he was battling the same illness or another like blood pressure which has been disturbing him too.
