Bobi Wine in a document making rounds on social media suspended Mathias Mpuuga from being his deputy president in Buganda region. The suspension comes at a time when Mpuuga is on the receiving end for the money he got which his party says it tantamount to corruption.

When the party announced they’re recalling him from the position of commissioner of parliament, Mpuuga in a press conference early this week instead said he’s soon launching a campaign to reclaim the party from bad leadership which majority said it was a rebellion again the current leadership in NUP.
Suspending him from the position was clear evidence he will defiantly continue serving as Commissioner of parliament but with a vote of no confidence dangling on his head and this would put his very successful career to scrutiny because he wouldn’t be serving the party’s interests which nominated him.
Taking to social media this evening, Mpuuga has lashed at Bobi Wine labeling him desperate and he sympathizes with him and is ready to help rescue him from captive.
“In view of the content of the impugned document, that the person suspended failed to supply a satisfactory explanation, yet the same person was earlier on reported to have confessed and apologized, I don’t know how to rescue you and the party from the captors.”-says Mpuuga
