Unlike the other ministers Mary Goretti Kitutu, Amos Lugoloobi, Kitutu’s brother micheal Naboya, her P.A Joshua Abaho who are accused of diverting government property and theft of iron sheets, Nanduutu was immediately forwarded to the high Court Anti-corruption division and charged for Dealing With Suspect Property.
Court has now now declined to halt the proceedings against Nanduutu and instead advised her to concentrate on challenging the charges. High court judge Jane Kajuga says the charge of suspect property is very clear.
