Sad news reaching us this morning indicate that the member of parliament for Serere constituency Honorable Patrick Okabe has died in a motor accident.
Details so far collected by our snoops intimate to us that the legislator crashed in an accident when his motor vehicle registration number UBK 995F collided with a truck at Nabowa in Budaka district along the Mbale highway.
