Over the past few days, there has been rumors ignited by a letter purportedly from the Town Clerk Makindye Division in Kampala indicating that speaker Anita Among and Moses Magogo’s marriage has ended in premium tears.
The two legalized their bonking sessions two months ago after Eng Moses Magogo paid dowry to marry the love of his life and number three in the country Anita Among, the traditional marriage is said to have taken place somewhere in Teso and was an invite only attendance.
However before the two could even count their blessings of love, rumor started spreading like wild fire that their marriage had knocked a dead end over marriage registration details which hinted at a possible break up.
To put things right for the couple, Uganda Registrations Services Bureau, the agency mandated with all registrations including customary marriages has come out to clear the air and give the two assurance to bonk peacefully.
“Therefore, the letter from the Town Clerk cannot invalidate the marriage between Magogo Moses Hassim and Among Anita Annet. The public is put on notice to ignore the misleading circulating stories about the validity of the said marriage”- Reads Part of The Statement
In a letter dated 22nd September 2022, Ronald Jackson Lutunda describes the process of the customary marriage registrations from the town clerk or Sub county chief to the Registrar of marriages to be entered into the National Marriage Register at URSB and there’s no anytime that non registration of a marriage can invalidate the two hearts that God put together.
