Now after realizing how his tweets were risking Uganda’s foreign policy and diplomatic ties, Muhoozi has revealed how he has given up on commenting on the Ukraine conflict after being requested by his friend Thomas Hasel and his wife but wasn’t scared of any one or anything.
Also, @Thomas_Hasel as you requested and especially as my beautiful wife requested I shall refrain from commenting on the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Personally, I fear no one and nothing but for your sakes I relent.

There seem to be two Uganda governments: The official one, and the one led by the commander of the army's Land Forces.
The Twitter Uganda government often announces its own foreign policy, which is different from the foreign policy of the official one led by President Museveni.
