A grisly accident happened a few hours ago along the Hima-Rugendabara road at Kihogo, Kasese claiming the lives of 32 people.
According to the Uganda Redcross Society 5 survivors were recovered an since been referred to Kilembe hospital for immediate attention.
The accident involved five vehicles including a Canta truck coming from Bundibugyo carrying a coffin and mourners headed for burial in Maliba.

The truck rammed into a Noah vehicle which was also rammed into by another two lorries coming from Fort Portal. Another vehicle coming from Kasese also rammed into the already four crashed vehicles causing even more deaths and injuries.
By the time of publishing this story, police was yet to issue a statement about this terrible accident.
