As tension continues to blew in different parts of the country over the arrest of presidential hopeful Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (Bobi Wine) who was picked from Luuka where he was set to address his supporters, news reaching us indicate that FDC’s Patrick Oboi Amuriat has also been arrested.
Amuriat who yesterday almost clashed with president Tibuhabuwa was also supposed to be in Kitgum at the same time was arrested yesterday and told to go campaign in Lamwo district as Museveni meets his people.
However, the FDC presidential candidate who was set to meet his supporters at Awere sports ground this evening has been brutally arrested in Gulu in what is said to be violation of the EC and Covid-19 guidelines and bullets and teargas are currently flying over Gulu city.
