Four-time presidential candidate and Forum for Democratic Party (FDC) God-father Rtd Col Dr Kiiza Besigye has blasted the Uganda police for pulling down Bobi wine’s posters while at the same time protecting those of Tibuhaburwa Museveni.
In the photos he shared on his Facebook page, Uganda police is seen pulling down billboards and campaign posters for Bobi wine and helping to stand of Museveni which clearly show that the police is already partisan and serving Museveni as a person.
According to Besigye who opted not to run for the 5th time to challenge Museveni in elections has since resorted to plan B which is yet to get to reality. He urges Ugandans to join him in his Tweraneko campaign than wasting time in the elections where the winner is already known.
His message for plan B comes at a time when electoral commission is set to nominate presidential candidates for the forthcoming elections next week but tension is brewing in the National Unity Platform because their candidate’s signatures haven’t yet verified yet he’s set to be nominated on 3rd November.
