News reaching Ultimate News indicate that former 2016 presidential Candidate Maj Gen Benon Biraro has died this afternoon.
Biraro has died of Cancer which he has been battling for quite some time. He contested for the country’s top seat in the 2016 general elections against his former boss Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and was the flag bearer for his Uganda Farmers Party.
