Massive strikes have rocked Kyambogo University as students the impeachment of the university Guild President H.E Tundulu Jonathan by the Guild Representatives Council (GRC) that was reportedly backed by the Ruling party and the University Management.
However, police has deployed in every corner of the Banda based university to curtail any misbehavior that may arise as a result of this strike that is said to be demanding the university, electoral commission to recall the action that is said to be biased over Tundulu’s political affiliation to Bobi Wine’s people power pressure group.
However, the Kyambogo University Electoral commission has advised Tundulu to appeal if he’s stil in need of the seat.
