People power boss and Kyadondo East legislator Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu also known as Bobi wine has applauded a group of people power youths who took the initiative of doing a voluntary clean up of Magere trading centre.
According to Bobi wine, the youths braved police intimidation and beatings to have the activity register a success, we could not verify why police could stop an activity of just cleaning but when we spotted the youths with red berrets which were recently banned by the army, we suspected it to have been the bone of contention.
On his facebook page, Bobi wine praised them for championing the general cleaning locally known as Bulungi bwansi in Luganda.
