As the counting in the heated Hoima by-election goes on, Ultimate news has learnt of an ugly incident where military officers have been nabbed carrying pre-ticked ballot papers.
The incident has been caught on camera in Bulindi Parish of Kyabigambire sub county in Hoima district where a vehicle registration number UBB 318E was caught transporting the ballots to aid in the ballot staffing that had already been reported before.
According to the Forum for Democratic Change, the operation that un-covered this mission was led by Nakawa division legislator Hon. Micheal Kabaziguruka.
From the poling stations so far counted especially in town areas, FDC’s Nyakato Asinansi is leading with a big margin while in rural areas the boat seems to be balancing but FDC is optimistic of a sure win for their candidate.
