Mityana Municipality legislator Francis Zaake has raised concern over the increasing kidnaps and killings in the country. The legislator has pinned Uganda police for failing to apprehend criminals who have put Ugandan life on tension.
The youngest legislator in the 9th parliament said this on the floor of parliament today chaired by Deputy Speaker Jacob Aulanyah.
Hon Francis Zaake is concerned about the kidnaps and murders of Ugandans without much response from the security agencies. Zaake is concerned that the police is not helping in the tracking of the kidnappers after reports from the families #PlenaryUg

This comes at the
heels of kidnaps and killings in the country with the recent one being that an
NGO staff Miriam Nagirinya who was kidnapped at the gate of her home last week
and was found killed and dumped in Mukono an incidence that has seen almost 15
police officers held over negligence.
