“Newsline Media and Training Agency offers attachment opportunities to students in media fields to give them the skills they need to thrive in the industry,” she said. “Most students seek attachment because it’s mandatory, but they should approach it with the goal of acquiring skills they didn’t achieve in school.”

The agency offers a wide range of specialized programs, including:

  • Film Production

  • News Reporting
  • Video Editing
  • Photography
  • Graphic Design

  • Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Sound Production

  • Live Streaming Techniques

  • Public Relations

These programs are delivered through hands-on training over a three-month period, culminating in the award of certificates to boost students’ academic and professional credentials.

Ben Mbugua, a media lecturer at Multimedia University, commended the program for bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry demands. He encouraged the graduates to remain focused as they take the next step in their careers.

Media practitioner James Mwangi echoed similar sentiments, urging the students to make the most of the skills they have learned and to be ready for the challenges of the media landscape.

The farewell party was marked with speeches, certificate presentations, and celebrations as the graduates reflected on their journey at Newsline Media and Training Agency.
