A Ugandan pastor, Andrew, has is on cloud 9 after winning and receiving money that he has never held in his life.
Andrew Obongo, a pastor in one of the Pentecostal churches in Tororo came out with a testimony to his church flock revealing how he won over 300 million from Uganda bettors Association fixed games
