Moses Karangwa has found it hard to get accepted at Kololo where NRM delegates are gathered to vote CEC leaders on Wednesday.
Karangwa wants to become the NRM chairman in all central region districts but delegates are interacting with some of those from Kayunga who have informed them how NRM is weakening in Kayunga because of Karangwa’s bad politics of division.
Kayunga has four MPs seats and only one of Amos Lugolobi of Ntenjeru south is in the hands of NRM.
The others are NUP except woman MP seat which is under Idah Nantaba who left NRM because of Karangwa’s intrigue. She says she only supports Museveni as a person and not NRM and says she won’t rejoin NRM for as long as Karangwa still calls the shots there in Kayunga especially. He is NRM chairman for Kayunga.
At Namboole delegates have tasked Karangwa to explain how he can win for NRM in the whole Buganda when the smaller Kayunga where he has all his businesses is being dominated by the opposition, which remains a very big threat to the president in the central part of Uganda.
