In an unexpected turn of events, an RDC in the Museveni government has elicited mixed reactions after being captured giving a hot slap to a man in video making rounds on social media as people cheered him leaving questions on the nature of presidential representatives which Museveni recruits these days.
Deputy RDC for Namayingo District Solomon Trevor Baleke who is also a veteran journalist is the man who lost his cool and fought in public after a village meeting as the man he’s slapping questions why the presidential representative is slapping him.
“Nze muna Baleke tyenda byakunkuba, tyenda byakunkuba. buti ekili kunkubisa kike ye [Baleke don’t beat me, don’t me, Why are you beating me]”-the man being slapped questions as prepares self defense.
As the man tries to fight back, he accuses Baleke of coming to the meeting to fight him as the presidential representative prepares another slap which fortunately misses the cheek.
Baleke is not the first RDC to misbehave and causing public uproar, in March this year another rowdy Museveni deputy RDC in Luuka Waiswa Paul Bweni Bwa Mwiiko was also captured in a video beating a young man reportedly for refusing to wash his government car a washing Bay in Kiyunga town council.
