The commander land forces Gen Muhoozi Keinerugaba has warned Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa not risk using his (Muhoozi’s) country Uganda for his adventures against the Rwandan government.
Kayumba Nyamwasa, who was Kagame’s closest confidant during years after the Rwandan genocide is believed to be living in South Africa has been outspoken against Kagame’s government and in 2010 he survived an assassination in Johannesburg after shopping with his wife.
However, in a tweet directed to General Foustin Kayumba Nyamwasa his Rwanda National Congress (RNC), Muhoozi has warned the exiled General not risk using his Uganda for his adventures which he believes their activities are illegal in Uganda and nearly took them to war with Rwanda.
Over the years, Kigali has accused Kampala of hosting dissidents who want to overthrown Kagame’s government and this prompted Kagame to close the boarder with Uganda for close to three years and only opened it recently on 31st January 2022.
“The illegal and criminal activities of RNC in Uganda in the past were driving us to a stupid war! All those who were involved in that deceitful enterprise will be found out!”- Tweeted Muhoozi
General Kayumba and RNC, I don't know what problems you had in Rwanda with the mainstream RPF/RDF? But I warn you not to dare use my country for your adventures! pic.twitter.com/qgYkkvvDg5

This is not about political points. I have no interest in politics. The illegal and criminal activities of RNC in Uganda in the past were driving us to a stupid war! All those who were involved in that deceitful enterprise will be found out!
