A woman in her late 30s identified as Nanyonga has revealed how she almost lost her marriage for failing to conceive for her husband after being together for five years immediately after quitting another marriage over the same.
According to Nalwoga who shared her experience in a certain WhatsApp group has revealed that she went to marriage two years after university in 2013 in a colorful introduction but she failed to bear a child for her husband after two years, under pressure from his relatives, the man decided to marry another woman who got pregnant after just one month.
Nalwoga out of anger, she decided to quit the marriage and opt to return to her parent’s home, they tried all the medication until all failed, she narrates how traditional healers would end up sleeping with her claiming they are inserting medicine into her.
She says that during the first lockdown while working for a certain bank in Masaka, he met this guy who wanted to take off the hook, she accepted and these started staying together since she couldn’t return home every day because movement was restricted by government.
For all the years from 2020, 2021, 2022 and she still failed to conceive and was on the verge of losing her second marriage until she read about Dr Mugwenu on facebook, a traditional healer from Majengo, Vihiga county who she sent a WhatsApp text, she made an appointment, off to Kenya she returned with the medicine which she used and in the second month, Nalwoga conceived her long awaited Child and in November 2023 she gave birth.
