My name is Dalmas Bichache from Bungoma and three weeks ago I had a business with my friend and I had to send him money to accomplish the business. While sending the money I never realized that I had missed a number and instead never cancelled the transaction. After the confirmation message from M-pesa I noticed that I had not send the money to the intended person and it was a wrong person by the name Adam Wamalwa whom I did not know about.
