Many people have described what they’ve seen in the video as evil since it’s between life and death for the victim being tortured. Police hasn’t yet opened up on this particular one but we believe Afande Fred Enanga is preparing to address about it tomorrow during police’s weekly security briefing.
The recent victims of torture is National Unity Platform from Kasese Samuel Masereka who was tortured and his balls beaten early this year, the minister for ICT and National Guidance Dr. Chris Baryomunsi later claimed Masereka had links with the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) hence the gruesome torture.
The other person tortured in pain was renown novelist Kakwenza Rukirabashaija who was badly tortured, his balls tied while under detention when he was arrested on 28th December 2021 for offensive communication and disturbing the peace of president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and that of his son Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Kakwenza would later flee the country and is currently in Germany with self exiled Dr. Stella Nyanzi.
