Gangsters who were arrested during last Sunday’s police raid together with other security agencies have so far revealed to police some of the information that led to the death of Nagirinya and her driver Kitayimbwa who left behind 5 children including twins who are just 4 months old.
While addressing journalists on Monday this week, the Police spokesperson at the police headquarters in Naguru confirmed the development and said they confident they have the right murders as one of them was found with the victim’s (Kitayimbwa’s) sim card.
The duo was abducted in Lungujja as Nagirinya was visiting her parents on 28th August , police mounted a search only to find Nagirinya’s car isolated in some place in Kampala and hours later they found the bodies dumped on an isolated peace of land off Kayunga road 6 kilometers from Mukono town.
During the funeral mass held at Rubaga cathedral, president Museveni vowed to bring the killers to book and has since directed dismissal of all police officers who were attached to Natete CCTV monitoring centre.
However police hasn’t yet revealed more information regarding who ordred the abduction and killing of Nagirinya and her Driver in cold blood.
